REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Legend Poker Tables, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and service. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. 

Our Policies apply to all products, services, and orders placed on our website. It aims to protect both our customers and our business. We hope to make your experience with us as simple and enjoyable as possible. 

Please familiarise yourself with all of our policies.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with our Shipping & Recieving Policy, Refunds & Returns Polic, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Large Equipment
    • Clearance Items
    • Custom or Made-to-Order Products

    Note: Non-returnable items are still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer will repair or replace defective parts according to their product warranty.

     

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item was damaged during shipment and shipped via a freight carrier, it will be covered by insurance. As long as you follow our shipping & receiving policy, we will process a replacement at no cost.

     

    Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@legendpokertables.com with your name and order number. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for non-damaged items.
    • Trackable Shipping: When shipping back your items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.

      Restocking & Processing Fees

      • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
      • For orders paid with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will also be deducted.

        Refunds

        Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

         

        Cancellations

        At Legend Poker Tables, we understand that plans can change. However, due to our fast shipping processes, cancellations are limited and must be initiated quickly.

        1. Cancellation Timeframe

        Most of our items ship directly from our suppliers or manufacturer warehouses, allowing us to prepare for shipping almost immediately after your order is placed. Therefore:

        • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement, but please note that there are no guarantees.
        • It is crucial to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

        2. How to Request a Cancellation

        To request a cancellation, please call us on 702 833 9888  with the following information:

        • Your order number
        • Your contact details
        • The name of the product(s) you wish to cancel

        We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

        3. Cancellation Confirmation

        • If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we will send you a cancellation confirmation via email, and the transaction will be voided so that you won’t be charged.
        • If the charge has already been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. A 3% processing fee will be deducted from your total refund.

        4. When Cancellation Is No Longer Possible

        • If your order has already been processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled, you have the option to either refuse delivery or proceed with returning the product (for eligible returnable items only).
        • Such a return will be subject to:
          • Return shipping fees
          • A 20% restocking fee
          • A 3% processing fee on credit card transactions

        5. Refund Process for Shipped Items

        If you opt to return the item once it’s delivered, the refund will be processed after the product is received at our warehouse and inspected. The final refund amount will have the applicable fees deducted.

        In the event of any omissions or the need for clarification, the manufacturer’s policies will take precedence without exception. As policies can vary and are subject to change, both the customer (you) and the retailer (Legend Poker Tables) agree to follow the manufacturer’s shipping and returns policy in such cases.
